Membership
The IRI shall be comprised of three kinds of members as follows;
1. Corporate Member:
A person who agrees with the aims of the
Institute and is able to achieve responsibility, such as attending general
meetings (or a proxy).
* 'Corporate Member' does not mean
the employee of a company, but a member of the Institute which is recognized
in NPO law.
* In case a Corporation Member is
unable to attend the general meetings or provide a proxy, the Member may
be asked to become a General Member.
2. General Member:
A person who agrees with the aims of the
Institute, but is not a participant in the general meetings.
3. Supporting Member:
An individual or a group who agrees with
and supports the aims of the Institute, but is not a participant in the
general meetings.
Regulations
Members of the Institute shall be
aware of the regulations as follows.
(1) Members must pay the membership
fees shown in the Application and Fees
(2) Members who do not pay the
fee for more than one year shall be removed from the membership.
(3) Fees or any other contributions
that were paid or contributed once are not returned in principle.
(4) Members who against the Founding
Prospectus can be removed from the membership.
(5) Members who disgrace the Institute
can be removed from the membership. (Members should not use their membership
status for profit.)
Application and Fees
The annual fees and initial fees are as follows;
* Initial fee: Corporate Member: 2,000yen,
General Member: 2,000yen and Supporting Member: 5,000yen.
